Andy is an experienced leadership development consultant and performance coach. He has wide experience in supporting the development of organisations, leaders and teams in both public and private sectors, particularly during times of change.
Andy began his career with British Aerospace. He held a variety of commercial and project management roles, working on export aircraft programmes. He was a member of a number of multi-function project teams launching new aircraft projects. He was also heavily involved in a number of major change programmes.
Andy started to move his career to learning and development in 1994. He worked for 3 consultancies where he held a range of consultant, management and business development positions. He has been running his own business – Performance Development Consulting since 2002. He has worked in the UK and internationally in Europe, USA and Singapore. He has particular expertise in the development of high performance teams.
Andy lives in Ulverston with his wife and 2 teenage sons, and enjoys playing a number of sports (before his body gives up completely!), hillwalking and cooking.
