Ben Lewis's Night At The Musicals 18-Dec-2015
Ben Lewis’s concert “Night At The Musicals” was a fantastic success on Thursday 3rd December, held at Ulverston’s Laurel and Hardy Museum. Ben is an incredible
talented young man and works tireless to support St Mary’s Hospice. Each £5 ticket sold on the night and raffle was generously donated to our hospice,
raising an amazing £650!
Ben said: “Wow! What a night! Without a doubt THE most enjoyable stand-alone concert I’ve ever done! Fantastic audience, fantastic venue and I’m so glad
to have raised £650 (so far!) from the night for St Mary’s Hospice – the work they do is phenomenal and they deserve this and so much more!
Thank you to everyone who made it so special. Mel Dixon, Community fundraising added: “An extremely talented, funny and humble young man. A great ambassador
for the hospice not only performing tonight and raising £650, but two other performances at our annual Light Up A Life services this week.
Tonight’s performance selling out 24 hours after tickets being available is a true reflection on what a talent you are! Thank you I loved it!” Big thank
you to Ben and everyone else who worked behind the scenes to make the musical night happen! And special mention to the Laurel and Hardy Museum for
hosting the event.
Thanks to YOU all, £650 will make a big difference and enables eight people to attend Day Care sessions.
Helping people like Nicola; “I also attend Day Care, as I can’t work, this gives me some sort of structure and something to look forward too. I love it!”
