St Mary's Hospice @stmaryshospice
Gareth Crooks and Jay Gillam took up the challenge of skydiving and chose St Mary's to benefit from their efforts!
Gareth said: "I always wanted to do a skydive. St Mary's looked after my mum Kerrin Crooks and you did and you did such a good job that I wanted to do something back." We laughed whether Kerrin would approve of a sky dive! But Gareth raise an amaz\ing £935.
Jay Gillam also raised a fantastic £750. Jay had done a tandem skydive the year before but this time braved... it solo! Jay said "I was doing it for fun! So I thought I could raise some money for charity while I did this!"
Thank you both for thinking of St Mary's and the help you will give to patients and their loved ones - your total efforts will fund 89 hours of patient care, which is something many families will never forget. Thank you.
