St Mary's Lottery

How it works

The St Mary’s Lottery was established in 1998 to support the work of the hospice. The lottery currently has over 7,000 playing members and has become a major source of hospice funding.

How does the lottery work?

As a new member to the lottery you will be given a unique draw number. The draw takes place every Friday and the prize winners are chosen at random by computer. All winners are notified direct – you do not need to claim.

It only costs £1 a week to play our lottery and you stand a chance of winning up to £10,000! You can purchase as many weekly draw numbers as you wish.

Prize fund £1700 weekly!

  • 1st prize - £1000
  • 2nd prize – Rollover starting at £200 and peaking at £10,000
  • 3rd prize - £200
  • 4th Prize - £100
  • Plus 10 cash prizes at £20

Where does my £1 go?

All profits go directly to supporting the hospice in providing specialist medical and nursing care for local people suffering from serious progressive illnesses. Every penny counts and you know you are making a difference.
