Our Memory Tree offers a unique and meaningful way to remember a loved one whilst helping to raise funds for the hospice. Each leaf that you buy will help us to make a difference to people with life-shortening illnesses and their loved ones. This unique sculpture will be adorned with a total of 250 autumnal coloured leaves, creating a stunning piece of art. Each element can be engraved with the name of a loved one as a lasting tribute to their memory. The Memory Tree is displayed upon an external wall at our main entrance, where families can take time see their lasting tribute to their loved ones.
Once the tree is full it will be moved to our garden. A new tree will then be planted. All leaves can be engraved for a donation to the hospice. The leaves are engraved with personal messages, in tribute to someone loved but never forgotten.
- Thanks to the generous support of a local business we were able to cover the cost of the sculpture. This means that 100% of all the money donated for an engraving will be spent directly on caring for our patients and their families. The donation from your leaf will be enhanced greatly if you sign a Gift Aid declaration. This addition will add 25% onto the value of your donation.
