We are delighted to be holding our first 6 week bereavement craft group at our Living Well Centre in Barrow. The group aims to give people the chance to meet other people in a similar position to themselves through being creative.
The aims of the craft group are to:
• Restore self-esteem
• Develop a sense of self worth
• Encourage relaxation
• Minimise anxiety/stress
• Sharpen concentration
• Enable openess/honesty
DATES: Wednesday 8th May – Wednesday 12th June

TIME: 1.30 – 3.30pm
