Graham is St Mary’s Chair of Trustees and trained as a Registered General Nurse in Bradford, West Yorkshire and was promoted to a training and development role across the health authority in the early 1980s. He has over 41 year’s NHS experience, more recently at corporate level. NHS roles have included Executive Director posts in Corporate Planning, Human Resources and Deputy Chief Executive of an NHS Foundation Trust in Lancashire. Graham retired from the National Health Service in March 2011 and spends much of his time in the Lake District.
Graham’s vision is that St Mary’s has a sustained reputation for excellence in service delivery and a supportive work environment for all.
