The CEO works firstly with the Trustees to create a strategic direction and then as part of the Senior Management Team to implement that direction effectively.
Change at St Mary’s has taken three parts. Firstly the team has worked to deliver high quality, compassionate care to more people every year. Secondly we’ve raised more charitable funds each year to make this possible as the NHS grant has stayed static. Thirdly we’ve strengthened hospice governance and infrastructure.
