There’s more to life than death, at St Mary’s Hospice
We know that being referred to a hospice can seem daunting. We are here to help. Many patients (over 27%) who are admitted to our In-Patient Unit come to us and are later discharged home, so a referral doesn’t necessarily mean that your death is imminent.
Working together, we will manage your care in a holistic, patient-centred way. We’ll talk to you in ways you find easy to understand, and we will involve your family and those who are important to you in those discussions as little or as much as you’d like.
We Are Here to Help
We understand how important it is to visit a loved one at St Mary’s Hospice. Your comfort, safety, and the wellbeing of our patients, staff, volunteers, and visitors are our top priorities.
Visitor Guidelines
- Unlimited Visitors: Inpatients may have unlimited visitors.
- Hygiene: Please wash your hands regularly. Hand sanitiser is available throughout the unit.
