Guided Meditation for Wellbeing (six-week course)

Join Complementary Therapist Jo for a gentle and supportive six-week meditation group focused on relaxation and wellbeing.

During these sessions, you will learn simple meditation techniques to help reduce stress, promote calm, and give yourself time to relax in a welcoming and supportive environment. The programme is suitable for beginners, and no previous experience is required.

Date and time: Starts Wednesday 5 August, 2.00pm–3.00pm

Location: St Mary’s Hospice, Ulverston

This programme is open to people living with life-limiting conditions, carers, and those experiencing grief.
