Sophie joined the team at St Mary’s Hospice in 2022, bringing valuable experience from working in a nursing home as well as working with individuals living with advanced dementia. Now a dedicated member of the Compassionate Communities Team, Sophie specialises in dementia nursing in collaboration with Dementia UK.

Sophie is passionate about dementia care and committed to providing high-quality person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, equality and sustainability. Sophie has a compassionate approach and strives to enhance the well-being of those affected by dementia, ensuring they receive the care and respect they deserve.
