Integrated Wellbeing and Bereavement Service

Life can change when you are living with a life-limiting illness, caring for or supporting someone you love, or navigating loss and grief.

At St Mary’s Hospice, our Integrated Wellbeing and Bereavement Service is here to support you at every stage.

Our support focuses on your wellbeing, helping you to find ways to feel supported, connected and able to make the most of life, whatever that looks like for you.

We also recognise that loss can happen at many points in life. It may be the loss of health, independence, confidence, relationships, plans for the future or a role you once had. It may be the death of someone you love.

Grief can begin before someone dies, and it can continue long after a bereavement. Everyone experiences loss and grief differently, and there is no right or wrong way to navigate it.

Whatever you are experiencing, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Our team offers a range of emotional, practical and wellbeing support, helping you find the right support for where you are now and what matters most to you.

Who does our service support?

Our Integrated Wellbeing and Bereavement Service supports:
