What to Bring:

Wear comfy clothes and bring along a pillow and blanket for extra comfort.

What is Meditation?

Meditation is a gentle practice that helps soothe the body, quiet the mind, and nurture feelings of care, gratitude, and peace.
Even a few minutes of stillness can bring a sense of clarity and calm.

What You’ll Experience:

Easy breathing techniques to centre and ground you
 Tools to gently shift from overwhelm to inner peace
 Guided visual meditations to help you relax and unwind
 A calm, compassionate space for rest and reflection

No experience needed — just bring yourself.

Come as you are and enjoy a peaceful hour to breathe, reconnect, and simply be.
