Compassionate Cafe, Barrow

St Mary’s Hospice Compassionate Cafe Barrow is a safe, welcoming space for anyone who has experienced loss.

If you’re living with grief, whether your loss is recent or from years ago, you don’t have to face it alone. St Mary’s Hospice Compassionate Cafes offer a gentle, informal space where you can drop in, feel welcomed, and connect with others who understand.

Come along for a cup of tea or coffee, quiet support, and friendly conversation or simply sit and be. There’s no expectation to talk and no pressure to share.

St Mary’s Hospice Community Hub Barrow, Duke Street, Barrow

Every Monday morning, 10am to 12pm.
