Trial and Denial

Friday 13th March 2026
Council Chambers, Barrow Town Hall

Call out the crimes. Raise vital funds. Watch justice unfold.

Does someone in your office microwave fish for lunch? Refuse to put up Christmas decorations? Have a shocking taste in music?

Now’s your chance to get your own back — all in the name of fun and fundraising.

At Trial & Denial, you can nominate colleagues, friends, or even your boss to stand before our Hospice Judge and answer for their “crimes” in front of a live audience. Whether they’re guilty of bad brews, loud chewing, or general office chaos, they’ll have to plead their case and face the verdict.

But there’s hope. The accused can dodge a guilty verdict by raising enough money for the hospice. It’s justice with a twist — and all proceeds go directly to supporting local hospice care.

Nominate Someone

Use the form on this page to name your suspect. Once they’ve been officially summoned, they’ll have to fundraise their way to freedom… or face the consequences.

Get Involved

Whether you’re taking the stand, nominating a colleague, or just coming along to watch it all unfold, Trial & Denial promises an evening of laughter, light-hearted revenge, and community spirit — all for an incredible cause.

Join us on Friday 13th March 2026 and be part of the fun.
