Grief Disco

We are pleased to announce our first Grief Disco, a unique and powerful experience that brings people together to explore grief in a different way through music, movement, and meaningful ritual.

Join us on Thursday 7th May, 7–9pm at Barrow Cricket Club.

It offers a safe and supportive space where there is no right or wrong way to feel…whether you wish to reflect quietly, connect with others, or simply be present, you are welcome exactly as you are.

Blending moments of remembrance with uplifting music, Grief Disco creates space not only for sadness, but also for lightness, connection, and even joy. It is an opportunity to honour loved ones, share in a collective experience, and feel supported in your grief, whatever that may look like for you.

Feedback from previous events shows that people often leave saying they have “never experienced anything like it”, a powerful mix of healing, connection, and joy.

Please book using the link below- we would love to see you there. Everyone is welcome.

Please note: This is a DRY EVENT however non-alcoholic refreshments will be available to purchase

Age: 18 and above

What to expect on the day…
