Tai Chi (six-week programme)

A six-week Tai Chi course open to those with life-limiting conditions, carers, and those experiencing grief.

You’ll be guided through slow, flowing movements and mindful breathing techniques that promote balance, relaxation and overall wellbeing. This is the ideal course if you are looking for a gentle way to improve your wellbeing, find moments of calm, and connect with others?

Tai Chi combines slow, mindful movements with breathing techniques that can help reduce stress, improve flexibility, enhance balance, and promote a sense of relaxation and wellbeing.

Location, date and time of St Mary’s Hospice Tai Chi course:

St Mary’s Hospice, Ford Park Crescent, Ulverston, LA12 7JP

Starts on Tuesday 13th October from 2:00pm – 3:00pm and will continue for six weeks.

No previous experience is needed – just come along and give it a try.

Free to attend but booking is required.
