Mayfly Advance Care Planning and Communication Skills Training

Suitable for any Health, Social Care or Volunteer staff working with individuals who may benefit from the opportunity to Future Care plan.

Overview

Enables staff to support patients, residents or clients and those important to them to think about their care as they become less well.

• This study day offers the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills, build
  confidence and develop your practice.
• The day will focus on the principles and benefits of Advance Care Planning,
  the supporting documentation and associated communication skills.

Fee: £50 per person OR book 4 places and get the 5th place free. Select four places on the booking form and then information will come up for the free space.

This course is for health and social care staff, however, places are limited so booking is essential.
