A gentle, physiotherapy-based Pilates class to support your body and mind.

Open to:

✔ Anyone living with a life-limiting condition

✔ Carers

✔ Those experiencing grief or loss

What to expect:

– Small, friendly classes (max 10)

– Led by a qualified Sports Therapist (APPI trained)

What is Clinical Pilates?

Clinical Pilates is a modified form of traditional Pilates, developed by physiotherapists to improve posture, strength, flexibility, and aid in rehabilitation. It’s ideal for those recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or simply looking to improve overall movement and wellbeing.
