A six-week Tai Chi course open to those with life-limiting conditions, carers, and those experiencing grief.
You’ll be guided through slow, flowing movements and mindful breathing techniques that promote balance, relaxation and overall wellbeing. This is the ideal course if you are looking for a gentle way to improve your wellbeing, find moments of calm, and connect with others?
Tai Chi combines slow, mindful movements with breathing techniques that can help reduce stress, improve flexibility, enhance balance, and promote a sense of relaxation and wellbeing.

Starts on Friday 9th October from 2:00pm – 3:30pm and will continue for six weeks.
No previous experience is needed – just come along and give it a try.
