Tai Chi

Tai Chi – 6-Week Program at St Mary’s Hospice Community Hub, Barrow 🕊

When: Tuesdays | 2:00 – 3:00 PM

Starting: 13th January | Barrow

Join us for a gentle and restorative journey through Tai Chi – the ancient Chinese practice often called “meditation in motion.”

Whether you want to reconnect with your body, find peace of mind, or simply enjoy a calm and supportive space, this program is for you.

🌿 Open to:

✔ Anyone living with a life-limiting condition

✔ Carers

✔ Those experiencing grief or loss

In this 6-week course, you’ll be guided through slow, flowing movements and mindful breathing techniques that promote balance, relaxation, and overall wellbeing.

📍 Location: St Mary’s Hospice Community Hub, Barrow
