Tai Chi – 8 Week Program
Mondays, 2–3pm | Starting 29th September
St Mary’s Hospice, Ulverston

Join us for an eight-week journey into the calming practice of Tai Chi. Designed especially for those navigating life with a limiting condition, caring for a loved one, or moving through grief and loss, these gentle sessions provide a safe space to restore balance and find peace.

About Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese practice often described as “meditation in motion.” With its slow, flowing movements and mindful breathing, Tai Chi offers a low-impact way to nurture both body and mind. Many find it brings improved well-being, inner calm, and a sense of connection.

What you can expect
Classes are small and welcoming, with no more than eight participants. Each session is guided by a qualified Sports Therapist (APPI trained) who will provide any equipment needed. Simply wear comfortable clothing, bring yourself, and enjoy the experience.
