Verification of Expected Death

A 2.5 hour course aimed at registered nurses who are required within their role to verify the expected death of adult patients.

Overview

Clarification of ‘expected death’
Legal and professional background
Coroners’ role
Verification procedure
After death care
Includes Covid Guidelines

Please note: Delegates will need to make arrangements in their work setting to achieve clinical competency

Fee: £30 per person OR book 4 places and get the 5th place free – select four tickets and the fifth will then come up.

This course is available to health and social care staff working in South Lakes, Furness, and UHMBT Localities. However, places are limited so booking is essential.
