Andy is an experienced leadership development consultant and performance coach who has spent many years supporting the growth of organisations, leaders, and teams across both the public and private sectors, especially during periods of change.

Beginning his career at British Aerospace, Andy gained a broad range of commercial and project management experience, contributing to the launch of new aircraft programmes and participating in multi-functional project teams. His work also involved leading major change initiatives.

In 1994, Andy transitioned into learning and development, working for three consultancies where he held various roles in consulting, management, and business development. Since 2002, he has run his own business, working with clients across the UK, Europe, the USA, and Middle East. His passion is helping organisations and individuals to thrive in an increasingly turbulent environment.

Andy lives in Ulverston with his wife and has two sons in their twenties. In his spare time, he enjoys a number of sports, hill walking, and cooking.
