St Mary’s Hospice is introducing Grief Talking Tables, a new monthly evening conversation space for people living with loss.
The first session will take place on Thursday 19th March, from 6pm to 7:30pm, at Kelsick Grammar, Ambleside. Designed to be calm, welcoming and supportive, Grief Talking Tables offers a space where people can share their experiences, listen to others, or simply be alongside those who understand. There is no pressure to speak and everyone is welcome to take part in whatever way feels right for them.
Each month, sessions will be held in different locations and will gently explore a different aspect of grief. The theme for the March session is “Growing around grief”, focusing on how life can continue to develop and change while grief remains part of our story.
Grief Talking Tables is open to anyone living with loss and aims to create meaningful connection in a safe and understanding environment.
