St Mary’s Hospice Compassionate Cafe Ulverston is a safe, welcoming space for anyone who has experienced loss.

If you’re living with grief, whether your loss is recent or from years ago, you don’t have to face it alone. St Mary’s Hospice Compassionate Cafes offer a gentle, informal space where you can drop in, feel welcomed, and connect with others who understand.

Come along for a cup of tea or coffee, quiet support, and friendly conversation or simply sit and be. There’s no expectation to talk and no pressure to share.

Every Tuesday morning 10am-12pm (from April – October there will also be opportunity to join our gardening group which takes place at the same time. There is no pressure to do this; you may feel more comfortable just joining us for company and support.)
