Grief Retreat

St Mary’s Grief Retreat is a gentle day for anyone navigating grief, whether you have been recently bereaved or are further along in your grief journey.

This day offers a calm, supportive space to slow down, connect with nature, and explore your feelings through creativity and mindfulness. Activities may include botanical printing, land art and gentle walking.

Participants must book in advance and be physically mobile, with the ability to access the woodland independently.

Please bring your own lunch and dress appropriately for the weather.
