Guided Meditation (six-week programme)

Join Complementary Therapist Jo for a gentle and supportive six-week meditation group focused on relaxation and wellbeing. Open to those with life-limiting conditions, carers, and those experiencing grief.

During these sessions, you will learn simple meditation techniques to help reduce stress, promote calm, and give yourself time to relax in a welcoming and supportive environment. The programme is suitable for beginners, and no previous experience is required.

Location, date and time of St Mary’s Hospice guided meditation course:

St Mary’s Community Hub, Duke Street, Barrow, LA14 5UJ

Starts on Wednesday 14th October from 4:00pm – 5:00pm and will continue for six weeks.

No previous experience is needed – just come along and give it a try.

Free to attend but booking is required.
