Natural Painting Session

A friendly, supportive and welcoming Natural Painting Session at Wray Castle for anyone living with a life-limiting condition, carers, and anyone experiencing grief or loss.

As part of our Compassionate Cafe at Wray Castle, we are delighted to host this gentle session connecting with nature and creativity, led by local artist Ruth Corney.

We will explore the process from forest floor to paper. We’ll begin with a wander in the woods to collect natural materials. Using inks and charcoal we will use our natural brushes and stencils to produce group and individual pieces. No experience necessary. We’ll finish with a hot drink in Joey’s Cafe and reflect on our wonderful creations.
