Soothing Sound Baths with Hilary

6-Week Course at St Mary’s Hospice 

When: Thursdays | 7:00 – 8:00 PM

Starting: 15th January | Ulverston

Take time to rest, unwind, and recharge with a guided relaxation accompanied by the soothing sounds of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments. The vibrations help quieten the busy mind, release tension, and create a space where your own healing can begin.
