Suzi Lake

As Head of Finance, it is Suzi’s responsibility to ensure the financial security of St Mary’s Hospice, allowing the organisation to continue providing high-quality care for years to come. Over the years, the Finance and Administration teams have worked to strengthen the hospice’s infrastructure, improving HR processes, governance, and accountability. With staff numbers growing from around 70 to almost 200, the need for robust HR and financial support has never been greater.

Suzi is continually inspired by the dedication and compassion of the hospice’s clinical and non-clinical teams and takes pride in being part of St Mary’s, helping to safeguard its future and the vital care it provides to the community.
