No Barriers Here Workshops

Join us for our No Barriers Here workshops.

These inclusive, creative sessions help you explore your wishes, values and preferences for future care.

Advance care planning is about thinking ahead, talking about what is important to you, and helping others understand the care and support you would want in the future.

Through gentle creative activities and conversation, we will explore what helps us feel safe, supported and heard, and how we can share our wishes with the people who matter to us.
