Lottery Canvassers

St Mary’s is now running a campaign in our community to ask you if you would like to sign up to play our Lottery on a regular basis, with the aim of recruiting more players to raise vital funds for our hospice. Please be assured that the canvassers are fully trained and will have full photographic ID on them at all times. If you get a visit from a member of our canvassing team, please consider joining our weekly lottery for just £1 a week, this will help us to continue to care for local people in your community. If you have been approached by a canvasser at your home and would like to check if they are legitimate, please refer to their names and pictures below:

Meet Fiona Coburn our Lottery Venue Canvasser

St. Mary’s are out in the local community signing up new players to the lottery. You might see Fiona, in your local bank, medical centre or one of many shops and supermarkets who support us. She’ll be wearing St. Mary’s Hospice branded clothing and will carry ID with her.

Meet Peter Fisher our Lottery Door to Door Canvasser

Peter is a local man from Barrow and is currently door to door canvassing in the Furness and Lakeland area.  Peter will carry photographic ID and will be wearing St. Mary’s Hospice branded clothing.

Meet Marc Wheeldon our Door to Door Lottery Canvasser

St. Mary’s are happy to introduce our lottery canvasser Marc Wheeldon who will be joining our team on Monday 17th June 2019.  Marc will be initially door to door canvassing in Ulverston and surrounding areas, but you may see him from time to time at local functions and events.  Marc will carry photographic ID and will be wearing St. Mary’s Hospice branded clothing.
