This week our Compassionate Community Team had the opportunity to take part in a “No Barriers Here” workshop as part of their team planning day.
No Barriers Here workshops offer an alternative approach to advanced care planning conversations about future care. It enables people the opportunity to think about and discuss their choices and wishes for how they live and the end of life. Through the use of Art the workshops aim to amplify voices of those who are underserved and provide equitable opportunities for everyone to participate in early yet important discussions.
The Team are delighted to be able to offer these workshops following attending training at The Marys Stevens Hospice.
